Hello! My name is Dustin Glasoe, and I’m the founder of United One Landscape Management, LLC. First, I want to thank you for visiting our website—I truly appreciate you taking the time to learn more about me and my company.

My landscaping journey started when I was just 15 years old, working alongside my father as a Greenskeeper at the London Bridge Golf Course in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Those early mornings before school mowing greens, raking bunkers, and setting flags sparked my passion for landscaping and taught me the value of hard work.

In high school, I expanded my skills at The Refuge Golf & Country Club, an Arnold Palmer-designed course, where I gained hands-on experience with high-level landscape practices. A few years later, I co-founded KDR Property Maintenance & Home Services with two close friends, turning a small side business into a full-time operation while also working for the sheriff’s office.

In 2010, I moved to Phoenix and had the privilege of working with some of the top landscaping companies in Arizona. I served in multiple roles—laborer, supervisor, estimator, and project coordinator—while learning from some of the best in the industry.

Bringing together decades of hands-on experience and a passion for quality, I founded United One Landscape Management, LLC to serve our community with the highest standards in landscaping.
