United One Landscape Management, LLC is a small family-owned operated business that was established in 2014 in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2022, United One Landscape Management, LLC now operates and serves the Kingman & Golden Valley, Arizona area and the surrounding areas.  

United One Landscape Management, LLC wants to change the outlook and set the standard in the landscape industry. We absolutely strive for complete customer satisfaction. We're not happy  unless you're happy  and we mean that! 

We're not the typical "mow, blow and go" landscape maintenance company here in the Kingman & Golden Valley area. United One Landscape Management, LLC follows strict landscape practices set by the Arizona Landscape Contractor Association (ALCA). One example of many, United One Landscape Management, LLC uses a hand prune method or selective pruning practices.  We will not operate any power trimmers, like most other landscape companies do. By using power trimmers will cause the plant's health to decline over time and not allowing the plant to flower, showcasing it natural beauty. When it comes to replacing landscape or irrigation parts on your property, United One Landscape Management, LLC only uses the highest of quality materials and landscape supplies offered to it's customers. Hello! My name is Dustin Glasoe and I'm the founder of United One Landscape Management, LLC. First, I just wanted to say is thank you for visiting my company's website! I greatly appreciate you taking the time to get to know more about me and  my company. 

I started my landscape career when I was 15 years old. My first landscape  job was working with my father at the London Bridge Golf Course in Lake Havasu City, AZ as a Greenskeeper. I would start my shift at 4:30am and work for a few hours before school started. I would mow the tees, mow the putting greens, rake the sand traps, relocate the the flags and cups, and other various landscape and golf course duties.

During my time in school I continued to work part time at the golf course. During my junior year, I started working working full time during my summer break  at The Refuge Golf & Country Club, an Arnold Palmer golf course, as a greenskeeper. This is where I started developing my landscape skills and understanding landscaping since this was a highly developed golf course and I needed to know what we were doing. 

Several years later, me and two of my good friends started a part time landscape  business in Lake Havasu City, AZ called KDR Property Maintenance & Home Services. While working for the sheriff's office, we used my landscape knowledge and our professional character to form our business. It didn't take long going from a part time home ran business to turn into a full time from a office building.

In 2010, I moved to Phoenix. AZ. I've worked for the some of the best landscape companies in the state or even possibility, the western region. I've worked several different roles from landscape laborer to field supervisor/estimator to project coordinator. Along the way, I've learned a lot about the landscape industry and even had owners take me under their wing. I've taken all what I learned while working for these great companies and started United One Landscape Management, LLC.
