All new residential recurring services are subject to a initial service fee on their first visit. The fee covers for our landscape team to fully go through your property, making it maintenance ready. Also, our team checks your irrigation, plant health, and other property's needs.
One Time Clean Ups (Any services that are not on the monthly rotation will be considered a one time clean up)
Half Day (4 Hours): $520
Full Day (8 Hours): $1,000

Pre-Emergent Granular Application
Service starts at $150, which covers up to 5,000 sq ft of treatable areas. Call for pricing.
Pre-emergent is design to prevent weeds from growing from seed. Pre-emergent a chemical application (granular or liquid form) that's applied to your lawns, garden beds, and gravel areas to prevent weeds from germinating. Pre-emergent does not kill established weeds. Pre-emergent is a great way to keep your yard weed free!
This service comes with a 6-month warranty. Application needs to be applied twice a year.
