KINGMAN BULK TRASH

The City of Kingman offers an "extra trash" program. The Solid Waste Department will come to your residence and pick up items that will not fit in your container (i.e., tree limbs, furniture, yard waste, and some construction materials). The fee for this service is $25.75 for up to five cubic yards. These items can be placed  at the edge of your street or in your alley. Extra trash requests can be placed by calling the City of Kingman Utility Department at (928) 753-5561, option 1, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or the Solid Waste Department 692-3115, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.. The same restrictions that apply to regular trash also apply to extra trash. In addition, the City will not pick up refrigerators or air conditioning units if the compressors are still intact; some appliance centers will remove Freon and compressors or accept whole units for a minimal charge.
